Window Cant Activate Try Again Later Error Code
Hi jBocacao,
Error code 0xC004FC03 means a networking problem has occurred while activating your copy of Windows.
You might meet this error if your firewall settings are preventing Windows from completing the activation process online. You may disable firewall and check if you tin can actuate the operating system.
Warning : Afterwards checking the issue, enable Firewall.
To fix the problem, you can activate Windows by phone instead.
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and and so tap Search .
(If you're using a mouse, signal to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse arrow down, and so click Search .) - Enter SLUI 04 in the search box, and then tap or click SLUI 04 .
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
If y'all are using any non-Microsoft antivirus please disable it and check if you can actuate your operating system.
Warning : After checking the result, enable antivirus.

Windows 8.one will never activate on wireless network.
This is a part of the plan to get your information.
When yous connected to wireless network, you can be anywhere, only they want to know your network provider too equally all personal information associated with it, so you must be connected to LAN with a cable.
This is a privacy violation, thats all it is.
Whos gonna do anything about information technology ha ?

I used the "SLUI" fix and it worked perfectly for me. The call is to an automatic service and then I didn't even have to speak with anyone. I read the lawmaking from my computer screen, the system gave me an activation code and I'm now activated!

Windows 8.1 is designed this style. You roughshod into a trap.
They now take your phone :) and TRUST ME, they will share it

how to agree with your decision since I practice not have another way to trigger my Ultrabook ?
PS To squeeze in that fashion with " SLUI 04" me "freezes " the moment by entering "confirmation ID"

I had a like issue with windows 8 failing - somewhen got MS help desk to download fresh iso to reinstall - worked perfectly for a few days but today has turned upwardly as unactivated????!!!!!
So I tried the primal simply to no avail.
No thought what to do next but certainly dont want some other calendar month of busted laptop -- already lost loads of files.
When I enter the key information technology says "Windows cant actuate. Effort again later" ... when is later on??
I have tried disabling firewall and too hardwired to my router...
anybody got whatsoever ideas?

Well I have tried everything so far and still not activated.
I had a curious conversation with microsoft person who said that the central i have should not have been used to create a windows 8.1 pro iso file when i had to completely reinstall later on a winload.efi mistake and lots of data loss.
So my situation is that i am currently using the laptop but with un-activated version and cannot seem to go whatever communication every bit to how to sort this out. Apart from anything else i cannot personalise the laptop and i daresay there will be other aspects of functionality that i will not be able to practice --- and then if you tin assist then please let me know what i can practice.
By the way when this get-go happened i was advised to buy a new set of recovery disks only now that i have windows running over again the disks appear to not exist aligned to my system and thats fifty pounds worth of plastic worth nothing.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the status of the consequence and apology for the delayed response.
I would suggest you to follow the steps given below and cheque if it helps:
one) Press Windows key + X key. Task list opens.
2) Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
three) Command prompt window opens.
four) Blazon: net end sppsvc (Information technology may inquire y'all if you are certain, select yeah)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
5) Type: cd %windir%
\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
vi) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
viii) Blazon: net first sppsvc
ix) Type: slui.exe
x) Afterwards a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. Y'all may exist asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product fundamental or Activation may occur automatically.

I am having the same event. I just tried this and your steps worked perfectly and brought up the Windows Activation dialog but my activation cardinal is not working still. I just talked to Dell and they are sending a new activation key so possibly that will help.
